Does Zād work without internet?
Yes — Zād is 100% offline. Everything works in the crowds of Makkah and Madinah with no signal, and nothing leaves your phone.
Is Zād affiliated with Nusuk?
No. Zād is an independent app for packing and preparation only. Permits and the rites themselves belong to the official Nusuk app and your scholars — Zād never replaces their guidance.
Do I need an account?
No account, no login, no sign-up. Open the app and start.
How do the men's and women's ihram lists work?
Each traveller gets exactly their own items. The men's and women's ihram are handled separately, and only for who is actually travelling.
Will my lists sync to my other devices?
No — your lists live on this device only. Nothing is uploaded anywhere, which is also why we never see them. If you replace or reset your phone, the lists do not come with you, so finish your packing on the device you started on. You can always send a list to yourself with Share list before switching phones.
